Why hello there! It’s been awhile…in fact it’s been many many months since I’ve been consistent on this blog. For those of you who don’t know, I transitioned this once blog into my private health coaching business back in March of this year.
Since then I’ve been coaching women 1-on-1 to reach their peak health. I help them overcome their limiting beliefs so they can cultivate unshakeable confidence in order to create an active lifestyle and achieve food freedom. And I freaking love it!
But because I was focused on building that aspect of my business, I’ve taken a step back from consistently posting on here. Recently on a run, I sort of re-remembered how much I LOVE writing, sharing, and creating content that doesn’t just inspire you, it empowers you!
All of this to say that I’ve decided to reshape the future of Mindful Peaks. While I will continue to work with my clients, I want to create and offer more to the rest of my followers. That means I will be:
· Writing and posting a blog each and every week; centered around veganism, plant-based living, sustainability, recipes, holistic health, environmental impact, and everything in between.
· Creating a monthly newsletter! This newsletter will include extra monthly content, seasonal plant-based recipes, positive affirmations, as well as any news and updates that you won’t want to miss!
I am beyond stoked to expand my business in this new and exciting way. I may not know exactly what the future holds but I will continually choose to pursue that which excites me. So, while this was a bit of a short post, I’m excited for what is to come and hope you’ll stick around to see what’s next.
